Ten years ago I found an article about a girl who made wallpaper from pictures of city buildings, and stuck the images in my school book. After massive amounts of googling I have found her again, Sharon Elphick's collages are amazing, check them out here.

A new project at Edge and Barrett has us thinking about a lovely cup of tea, and the packaging it comes in. The National Gallery

It's so easy to forget about the free joys of art when they are on your doorstep. A trip to the National Gallery today was thrilling, too many masterpieces to note, but George Stubb's 'Whistlejacket' is a classic. It's big, it's simple, it's stunning. We love.

Space Station

The Kenton

Another out of the way drinking hole in Edge and Barrett's east London get's a lick of paint and a new cool clientele. The Kenton has kept the locals and the air of old-school grubby boozer about it though, so it's in our sights for a pint or two tonight.

Advanced Style

Shopping in Topshop yesterday made Barrett feel very old. Teenagers with jutting hips, sharp elbows and attitute give me the hump slightly, so it's with great pleasure I share that I announce OLD is the new young.
